The very old man

The subheading used to be "instead of mails, so nobody needs to answer" to this blog... Here I am again, blogging.

I'd like to tell you about the old man I sometimes see in the grocer's shop. He must be around 90 years old, but he stares at me in a quizzically way as if he was much younger or a bit mad. He must have been a charm in his days. I think I've seen him with a very old lady.
The other evening he said "Are you allowed to be out this late?" which made me laugh out laud. The only laugh that day. Thanks old man!
