To insult innocent people is comme-if-faut on Swedish TV

The presenter of Let's Dance asked a sexty-year-old man, a participant from an earlier year, if he had taken a bank-loan and fixed up his old wife (who wasn't present). I feel sorry for her, and I don't think it's funny at all.

Stand-up-comedians, that's one thing. They are supposed to make jokes about everything, including famous people, but does everyone have to be rude in every TV show? It's tasteless!

Another example is from this years "melodi festival" where the presenter was making comments about a famous couple's marriage. A couple that had nothing to do with the show!

What is the message to kids and young people? Try to be as rude as you can, all the time! If the target is an old woman you can always make a joke about her looks. That's always very appreciated and funny ?!?

These TV presenters come from a group that have been doing a lot of travesty on the royal family. I believe most people thought that was funny because you're supposed to be respectfull towards them. But it seems they never stop doing it. They had to mention the latest personal very insulting gossip about the Swedish Queen on the Let's dance show. Not funny!

Respect, what is that?
You guys who insult innocent people on TV, I don't like you, I don't respect you, I don't think you're funny! Go back to your insulting shows where you do nothing else. We don't want to see you all the time, everywhere!

I do hope they exchange you or the script writer soon, and hire some people who has some human feelings and show a bit of respect to other people! There are such people.. for instance the presenter from Idol. He added a human touch to the Swedish Idol show! I don't think he insulted anyone, and he always showed compassion with the one who had to leave the show. I don't ask you to learn from him, just quit please! Get off the screen!
